What a guarantee means

You pick 11 numbers. The 23 lines below are chosen so that if all 6 winning numbers happen to be among your 11, at least one line is guaranteed 3rd prize — 5 matches.

That condition is the hard part, and nothing here makes it more likely. Every number is equally likely in every draw, and no set of picks changes that. What a wheel does is make sure that when all the winning numbers are inside your picks, you actually collect the prize those picks earned — instead of spreading them across lines that each miss.

More numbers picked and a higher guarantee both cost more lines. The line count is the price, so it is shown first.
